Having a child named Alexander, this book has always been a favorite to laugh through around our house!
We have read it MANY times and used it as a teachable moment, to focus on the positive...not always easy!
Thursday, it lost its humor as we tried to live it out...
Reagan ran full speed ahead (racing Alexander) into a concrete stairwell...never saw it coming! OUCH!!!
On our way home the same day, we had a blowout!
SO THANKFUL we are all safe...could have been MUCH worse!

We are a one car family, so Eric rescued us in the church van and put on the spare tire. He drove our van to Demopolis slowly and I drove the church van, with 3 children buckled in. The moment I parked the van at the church, the radiator overflowed, releasing pressure from overheating! YIKES!
I don't believe in luck, thankfully! I believe God is in control of all things and has a PERFECT plan! But some say bad luck comes in threes so, if I did believe in luck, I would happily believe my three all came in one afternoon and I am clear now! :)

Thankfully, yall got home safely. Yo' friend, DT, needs to read your blog and see those pictures. Maybe, just maybe, he would get a move on and get the job done!!!!!!
I don't believe in luck either, but my Mama said bad things happen in threes.
wow crazy day! I'm glad everyone made it home safely! Poor Reagan that bump looks awful!
