After missing several practices and games due to all the rain, the t-ball season has finally begun for the wee Phillies! What a difference a year makes! Alexander was so thrilled to have his jersey and cleats on, ready to hit that ball! It was quite chilly in April and we had to really layer it on! Alex had such a fun time and his face showed it the whole time. Many times, while waiting on base or in the outfield, he was dancing and singing his heart out, making up songs about ball! Such JOY he has! He got to bat FOUR times and hit it well each time and got on base! The last batter of the inning gets to hit a GRAND SLAM to get the team back in and he got to do that TWICE! It DOES pay to be NUMBER ONE! HA! He also fielded the ball three times and threw it toward first base!
